  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Digital products or services are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.

Compensation Policy

  • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must provide proof (photos) within 3 days of delivery.
  • Compensation options may include partial refunds, store credits, or replacements.
